The 2016 Democratic National Convention took place in Philadelphia. 

Philadelphia is the home of Extreme Championship Wrestling, commonly referred to as ECW. 

The GOP held their 2016 DNC counter programming at the 2300 Arena, previously known as, yet commonly referred to as the ECW Arena. 

Rudy Giuliani spoke at the counter programming. 

A banner of the counter programming reading RNC at the DNC was hung next to banners for ECW legends. The ECW banner quite close to the RNC at the DNC banner was for the late, great Eddie Guerrero. 

Eddie Guerrero’s WWF catchphrase, motto, theme song and popular shirt was Lie, Cheat, Steal.

Before today’s news about Giuliani coordinating with election officials in different states to ensure WWE Hall of Famer/President Trump was awarded electoral votes he didn’t win, before the Four Seasons Total Landscaping press conference in November 2020, before joking about 9/11 during the 2017 inauguration, Giuliani spoke his truth and stood below a banner of Latino Heat.
